The 30 Day Goal Setting Challenge

Show Notes For Podcast Episode 74

Welcome to the first episode of 2015. Today I want to share my goal setting formula that I’ve used for many years now.

It’s a very powerful method especially if you’ve never done goal setting before. I challenge you to do this for the next 30 days. It could very well change your life.

Here is the recent blog post that details the entire goal setting system.

Should I change my intro music?

I’ve been thinking about this for a long time. Whether or not to change my intro music that you hear in the beginning and end of this podcast. If you have any feedback on that, leave it in the comments below.

On this episode I throw the gauntlet down at the feet of my good friend Dino Dogan. He is a very talented musician. So I am challenging Dino to provide the perfect music for the Nuclear Chowder Podcast. Will he accept???

Nuclear shout out!

A shout out this week goes to John Chopourian of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Ridgefield CT. John is a member of the OMG Formula coaching program and has been taking massive action. So a big congrats to John!

This week’s episode is sponsored by Robert Ferrucci. Rob is a presentation expert and coach who did an amazing job making my presentation pop. Get his 9 Steps To Designing An Effective Sales Presentation on his website.

I am following his presentation guidelines for the SEO talk I’ll be doing tomorrow at the Ridgefield CT Library for SCORE. The process he taught me has inspired me to do a podcast series on SEO in the coming weeks. Make sure to watch (or listen) for that.

And finally…

Thanks to Ryan Bidulph for leaving his very thoughtful comment on episode 73.

As always

The best way to thank a podcaster for what they do is with a review on iTunes and/or Stitcher. Your review on my show would be much appreciated.

Challenge accepted. A while back I made this: https://soundcloud.com/dinodogan/leaving-orlando I think it would work great as an intro to Nuclear Chowder.

Dino, it’s great, of course… but I need something more driving…
